Today's episode is all about your thoughts. How they can either slow you down or grow your impact & empower you.

As discussed in the show, here are positive thoughts you can cultive to help counteract negative thoughts and create the results that you want in your life:

  • My circumstances do not define me

  • I am strong & capable

  • Failing is part of the process: I am resilient and I’ll keep trying

  • It’s ok not to be perfect

  • I trust myself to always have the best intentions

  • Everything is temporary, so is my discomfort

  • Feeling fear is normal, doubting is human

  • I am thankful for all I have and that is a gift

  • I’m taking chances and creating my future

  • I’m imperfect and it’s normal
